目的 构建基于 Donabedian 三维质量结构模型和 360 度反馈评价的临床护理教师岗位胜任力评价标准,为测评临床护理教师岗位胜任力提供参考。方法 以 360 度反馈评价为理论基础,并结合 Donabedian 三维质量评价结构模型,采用文献分析、质性访谈初步确定评价指标条目,采用德尔菲法对 17 名专家进行 2 轮函询,通过层次分析法确定各指标权重。结果 函询专家权威系数为 0.851,第 1 轮和第 2 轮函询问卷的有效回收率分别为 81.82% 和 94.44%,一、二、三级指标的变异系数分别为 0.037~0.059 和 0.029~0.059,Kendall 协调系数 W 分别为 0.164~0.283、0.257~0.346(均 P<0.05),其一致性比率值均 <0.1。最终形成的临床护理教师岗位胜任力评价指标包括 3 个一级指标即结构、过程和结果指标,7 个二级指标和 43 个三级指标。结论 本研究构建的临床护理教师岗位胜任力评价指标科学合理,维度和指标分层明确,可为评价临床护理教师岗位胜任力提供依据。
Objective To establish an evaluation index system for competence of the teachers in clinical nursing based on 360-degree feedback evaluation and the three-dimensional quality evaluation model,thereby offering a reference for evaluating the competence of teachers in nursing training. Methods Based on the 360-degree feedback evaluation system and the three-dimensional quality evaluation model,a literature analysis and a qualitative interview were integrated to establish an initial index system. Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted with 17 nursing experts using Delphi method and an analytic hierarchy process was employed to determine the weights of indicators. Results The expert authority coefficient was found at 0.851. Response rates of expert consultation were 81.82%(round 1)and 94.44%(round 2). Coefficients of variation for the primary,secondary and tertiary indicators ranged from 0.037 to 0.059 and 0.029 to 0.059,Kendall’s W ranged from 0.164 to 0.283 and 0.257 to 0.346 respectively(all P<0.05),with consistence ratios <0.10. The final index system comprised 3 Tier-1 indicators(structure,process and outcome),7 Tier-2 indicators and 43 Tier-3 indicators. Conclusion The established evaluation index system for competence of teachers in clinical nursing has a definite structure with clear dimensions and indicators and is scientifically reliable and instructive. It provides a promising tool for evaluating the competence of clinical nursing teachers.
