目的 探讨案例联合情境模拟模式对放射科护生辐射防护知识、操作技能及风险应对能力的教学效果。方法 选取 2024 年 1 月— 2025 年 4 月于某三甲医院放射科实习的 104 名护生为研究对象,将 2024 年 1 月— 8 月的护生为对照组(n=53),2024年 9月—2025年 4月的护生为观察组(n=51),对照组采用放射科常规方法教学,观察组采用案例教学(case-basedlearning,CBL)与情境模拟(situational simulation teaching,SST)教学。通过理论测试、技能考核及问卷调查评价辐射与防护教学效果。结果 观察组护生理论成绩均高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均 P<0.01)。观察组护生辐射防护操作技能成绩除防护设备消毒与保养外,高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均 P<0.01)。观察组护生对教学效果评价优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论 案例联合情境模拟模式能有效提升放射科护生的辐射防护理论水平、操作技能和对教学的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of a case-based scenario simulation model in developing nursing intern’s competence in radiation protection,operational skills and risk management. Methods A total of 104 nursing interns in the Department of Radiology of our hospital were recruited to participate the study between January 2024 and April 2025. The nurses in 2024 cohort (n=53)served as a control group and received traditional training and the those in 2025 cohort(n=51)formed an observation group and received case based scenario simulation teaching. Theoretical tests,skill assessments and questionnaire surveys were applied to evaluate the teaching effectiveness. Results The observation group achieved significantly higher mean scores in theoretical examination than that of the control group(P<0.01). For operation skills of radiation protection,the observation group exhibited better performance than the control group on all items except disinfection and maintenance of protective equipment(P<0.01). More favourable teaching effectiveness was rated by the nursing interns in observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The case based scenario simulation model is highly effective in enhancing the theoretical knowledge,operational skills of radiation protection and satisfaction with radiation protection teaching among the radiology nursing interns.
