目的 构建麻醉科新入职护士培训课程体系,为设置麻醉科新入职护士培训课程提供参考。方法 在文献回顾和半结构式访谈的基础上,依据 CanMEDS 理论框架,初步设计麻醉科新入职护士的培训课程体系,运用 Delphi 法函询 20 名相关领域的专家,根据专家意见对培训课程体系进行修改。结果 两轮专家函询有效回收率分别为 100.00% 和 95.00%,专家权威系数为 0.95,第 1、2 轮专家函询的肯德尔协调系数 W 分别为 0.196 和 0.207,具有统计学意义(均 P<0.001)。两轮函询各级指标的重要性均数分别为 3.75~4.95 分和 4.00~5.00 分、变异系数分别为 0.05~0.32 和 0~0.22,满分率为 20.00%~95.00% 和32.00%~100.00%,构建的麻醉科新入职护士培训课程包括麻醉科新入职护士、专业人员、沟通者、管理者、合作者、健康倡导者和学者 7 个一级指标、16 个二级指标和 71 个三级指标。结论 根据 CanMEDS 理论框架构建的麻醉科新入职护士培训课程体系具备科学性、全面性和实用性,可为新进入麻醉科的护士培训工作提供参考。
Objective To develop a training curriculum system for newly hired anesthesiology nurses,thereby offering a reference framework for hospitals establishing similar training programs. Methods On the basis of literature review,semi-structured interviews,the first draft of the training curriculum system for newly hired anesthesiology nurses was constructed based on the CanMEDS framework,and two rounds of expert consultation were conducted with 20 experts by Delphi method. Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert correspondence reached 100.00% and 95.00%,the authority coefficient of the experts was 0.95,and the Kendall’s harmony coefficients of the first and second rounds of expert coordination were 0.196 and 0.207,respectively(all P<0.001). The two rounds of correspondence each of the primary,secondary and tertiary indicators of the importance of the mean was between 3.75 to 4.95 and 4.00 to 5.00,respectively,the coefficient of variation was 0.05 to 0.32 and 0 to 0.22,and the rate of full score was 20.00% to 95.00% and 32.00% to 100.00%,the construction of the training curriculum system for newly hired nurses in anesthesia department including anesthesia nursing newly hired nurses,professional,communicator,manager,collaborators,health advocates,and scholars with a total of 7 primary indicators,16 secondary indicators,and 71 tertiary indicators. Conclusion The training curriculum for newly hired nurses in anesthesia departments constructed according to the CanMEDS theoretical framework is scientific,comprehensive and practical,and can provide a reference for the training of newly hired nurses entering anesthesia departments.
