择时隔盐灸联合穴位贴敷改善脾肾阳虚型结肠癌术后化疗患者胃肠道症状的研究 [中文引用][英文引用]

目的  基于中医时辰理论探讨择时隔盐灸联合健脾方穴位贴敷治疗脾肾阳虚型结肠癌术后化疗患者胃肠道症状的效果，为其提供一种有效的康复方法。方法  选取 2024 年 1 月—12 月在本院就诊的 81 例脾肾阳虚型结肠癌术后化疗患者，按照随机数字表法分为常规治疗组、穴位贴敷组、联合治疗组，每组各 27 例。常规治疗组依据临床指南给予常规护理，穴位贴敷组在常规治疗组基础给予健脾方穴位贴敷，联合治疗组在穴位贴敷组基础上给予隔盐灸治疗，干预周期为 5d。分别观察 3组患者干预前后的胃肠道症状评分（gastrointestinal symptom rating scale，GSRS）、尼平消化不良生活质量指数（Nepean dyspepsia life quality index，NDLQI）评分及不良反应。结果  3 组（81 例）患者均完成研究。联合治疗组治疗后 GSRS 评分、NDLQI 评分均优于其他 2 组（均 P<0.001），3 组不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义（均 P>0.05）。结论  择时隔盐灸联合健脾方穴位贴敷可有效缓解脾肾阳虚型结肠癌术后化疗患者胃肠道症状，改善消化不良症状。

Objective To identify the effectiveness of scheduled salt-partitioned moxibustion combined with acupoint application based on the time theory of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with spleen-kidney Yang-deficiency type gastrointestinal symptoms caused by the chemotherapy after surgery of colorectal cancer，thereby offering instructions for effective interventions. Methods A total of 81 patients with spleen-kidney Yang-deficiency type gastrointestinal symptoms during postoperative chemotherapy for colon cancer were conveniently selected from a Tier-IIIA hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangdong Province between January 2024 and December 2024. The patients were randomly divided into three groups using a random number table： a conventional treatment group（n=27），an acupoint application group（n=27）and a combined treatment group（n=27）. Patients in the conventional treatment group received routine nursing care in accordance with clinical guidelines，those in the acupoint application group received a Jianpi Formula acupoint application other than routine care，and those in the combined treatment group received a combined intervention with Jianpi Formula acupoint application and salt-partitioned moxibustion. All groups were offered with the assigned treatment for 5 days consecutively. Scores of gastrointestinal symptom rating scale（GSRS），Nepean dyspepsia index（NDI）symptom and adverse reactions were observed and compared before and after the intervention among the groups. Results Three groups（81 cases） finished the study. After interventions，the combined treatment group showed significantly greater improvements in scores of GSRS and NDLQI compared with the other two groups（all P<0.001）. The adverse reaction was compared between all groups without statistical significance. Conclusion Combination of salt-partitioned moxibustion and Jianpi Formula acupoint application effectively alleviates gastrointestinal symptoms and improves dyspepsia in patients with spleen-kidney Yang-deficiency type gastrointestinal symptoms caused by the postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.
