3种引流管胶带固定方法在术后患者中的应用比较 [中文引用][英文引用]

目的  探讨 3 种胶带固定方法在术后患者引流管固定的应用及其效果。方法  选取澳门镜湖医院 2024 年 4 月—6 月留置引流管的术后患者为研究对象，按纳入月份依次分成 I 字固定法（I 字组）、Y 字固定法（Y 字组）及 E 字固定法（E 字组）进行引流管固定。共纳入留置引流管患者 172 例，分组为 I 字法 62 例（36.04%）、Y 字法 56 例（32.56%）及 E 字法 54 例（31.39%）。比较 3 组引流管固定维持时间、管道牵拉时伤口疼痛评分及护理人员满意度（包括固定方法的稳固度满意度、便利度满意度、整体效果满意度）。结果  I 字法维持时数长于 E 字法（P<0.05）；Y 字法固定患者引流管牵拉时伤口疼痛评分低于 E 字法（P<0.05）；Y 字法稳固度满意度评分高于 E 字法（P<0.05），I 字法和 Y 字法便利度满意度评分高于 E 字法（P<0.01），整体效果满意度评分高于 E 字法（均 P<0.01）。结论  I 字固定法和 Y 字固定法在住院患者引流管固定中的应用效果优于 E 字固定法，管道固定时间长，可提高患者舒适度及护理人员满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application and effectiveness of three tape fixation methods for securing drainage tubes in postoperative patients. Methods Postoperative patients with indwelling drainage catheters were selected at Kiang Wu Hospital between April and June 2024. The fixation methods for drainage catheters were divided into three groups according to the month of patient enrolment：I-shaped，Y-shaped and E-shaped fixation methods for fixation of drainage catheters. There were a total of 172 drainage catheters，with 62（36.04%）of I-shaped fixation，56（32.56%）of Y-shaped fixation and 54（31.39%）of E-shaped fixation. The last time of catheter fixation，wound-pain score during catheter pulling，and nurses’satisfaction（including stability，convenience and overall satisfaction）were compared among the three fixation methods. Results The I-shaped fixation had a significantly longer duration of catheter fixation than that in the E-shaped fixation（P<0.05）. The Y-shaped fixation resulted in significantly lower scores in wound pain during catheter pulling than that in the E-shaped fixation（P<0.05）. The Y-shaped fixation scored significantly higher fixing stability than that in the E-shaped fixation（P<0.05）. Both of the I-shaped and Y-shaped fixations scored significantly higher score in convenience（P<0.01）and overall satisfaction（P<0.01）than those in the E-shaped fixation. Conclusion The I-shaped and Y-shaped double fixation methods are more effective than the E-shaped method for fixation of indwelling drainage catheters in hospitalised patients. These methods provide longer drainage catheter fixation，improve patient comfort and enhance nurses’satisfaction，which is necessary to explore clinical application.
