2022 年 12 月广东省护理学会正式发布《预防居家老年人跌倒宣教规范》团体标准（T/GDNAS 022— 2022）（以下简称《标准》），《标准》结合我国居家老年人的实际特点，从宣教的基本要求、流程、内容实施及效果评价等方面为使用者提供了系统性指导。本文对《标准》核心内容展开解读，旨在帮助各级医疗机构及社区卫生服务中心医护人员准确理解并有效落实，提升居家老年人跌倒预防的健康宣教质量与实效。

In December 2022，the Guangdong Nursing Association officially released a group standard "Specifications of integrated care management for home-based older people"（T/GDNAS 022-2022）（hereinafter referred to as "the Standard"）. Taking into account the actual characteristics of the aged living at home in China，the Standard provides users with systematic guidance on the basic requirements，process，content implementation，and outcome evaluation of health education. This article interprets the core contents of the Standard，aiming to help comprehensively understand and effectively implement the Standard by the healthcare professionals in medical institutions at all levels and the healthcare providers in community health service centres，thereby improving the quality and effectiveness of health education for prevention of falls among the aged living at home.
