1例冠状动脉旁路移植术后中心静脉导管拔管窘迫综合征患者的抢救与护理 [中文引用][英文引用]

总结 1 例冠状动脉旁路移植术后中心静脉导管拔除窘迫综合征患者（central venous catheter removal distresssyndrome，CVCRDS）的抢救及护理经验。护理要点：快速识别中心静脉导管拔管窘迫综合征；持续监测循环与呼吸功能，维持循环稳定，保持气道通畅；做好亚低温 - 高压氧治疗协同护理，改善神经功能；实施早期康复治疗，促进肢体功能恢复；中心静脉导管拔管窘迫综合征的预防。经过紧急有效抢救及精心护理，患者入院 34d 后顺利康复出院。

This case report summarized the resuscitation and nursing care of a patient who experienced sudden syncope due to central venous catheter（CVC）removal distress syndrome following coronary artery bypass grafting. Nursing key points：rapidly recognize the patient’s CVC removal distress syndrome；continuously monitor circulatory and respiratory functions，maintain circulatory stability， and ensure airway patency；Implement a multi-modal treatment strategy for neurological protection to improve neurological outcomes； Initiate early rehabilitation therapy to promote limb function recovery；Prevent CVC removal distress syndrome. Following emergency rescue and meticulous nursing care，the patient was discharged，on the 34th hospital day with recovery.
