目的 检索、评价、总结老年患者居家静脉输液安全管理的循证医学证据,旨在为保障老年人居家静脉输液安全提供循证依据。方法 检索循证数据库、专业协会网站、综合数据库,包括 UpToDate,澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(JoannaBriggs Institute, JBI),BMJ 最佳临床实践(BMJ Best Practices),苏格兰院际间指南网(Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network,SIGN),美国国立临床诊疗指南数据库(National Guideline Clearinghouse,NGC),新西兰指南研究组(New Zealand GuidelinesGroup,NZGG),世界卫生组织指南网(World Health Organization,WHO),英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所(National Institute forHealth and Care Excellence,NICE),OVID EBMR,国际指南协作网(Guidelines International Network,GIN),加拿大安大略注册护士协会(Registered Nurses’Association of Ontario,RNAO),Cochrane Library,中国医脉通指南,美国家庭输液协会(National HomeInfusion Association,NHIA),美国输液护理学会(Infusion Nurses Society,INS),PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,Wiley OnlineLibrary,Oxford Journals,中国知网,万方数据库,SinoMed 中关于老年患者居家静脉输液安全管理的证据,包括临床决策、指南、专家共识、系统评价、证据总结、随机对照试验。
Objective To retrieve, evaluate and summarise the best evidence on the safety management of home intravenous infusions for elderly patients, and to provide an evidence-based basis for ensuring the safety of home intravenous infusions for elderly patients. Methods Evidence on the safety management of home intravenous infusion for elderly patients was searched from evidencebased databases, professional society websites, and comprehensive databases, including UpToDate,Joanna Briggs Institute of Australia (JBI),BMJ Best Practices,Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network(SIGN),National Guideline Clearinghouse(NGC)of the United States,New Zealand Guidelines Group(NZGG),World Health Organization(WHO)Guidelines Network,National Institute for Health and Care Excellence of the United Kingdom(NICE),OVID EBMR,Guidelines International Network(GIN),Registered Nurses’Association of Ontario(RNAO),Cochrane Library,Chinese Medlive Guideline, the National Home Infusion Association(NHIA) and the Infusion Nurses Society(INS)of the United States,PubMed,Web of Science,EmMbase,Wiley Online Library,Oxford Journals, CNKI,Wanfang Database, and SinoMed.Clinical decisions, guidelines, expert consensus, systematic reviews, evidence summaries, and randomised controlled trials were included. The search covered the period from inception of databases to 10th May,2025. Two postgraduate nursing students who have received training in evidence-based methodology(including one head nurse of the department) independently extracted the evidence. The extracted evidence will be translated, proofread and integrated by third postgraduate nursing student. Results A total of 11 publications were included, comprising 5 guidelines(including 2 clinical practice guidelines),3 expert consensus,2 systematic reviews, and 1 evidence summary. The evidence was summarised into 30 evidence items across three categories: pre-infusion assessment and preparation,intra-infusion implementation and monitoring, and post-infusion continuing care and quality improvement. Conclusion This study summarises the best evidence on the safety management of home intravenous infusion for elderly patients and provides a safety guidance for home intravenous infusion to safeguard the safety and well-being of elderly patients.
