目的 探讨实习护生临床归属感潜在剖面分析及其与留职意愿的关系,为临床护理教学工作提供参考。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取青岛市某三级甲等综合医院 190 名实习护生(以下简称护生)为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷、中文版护生临床归属感量表、中文版护士留职意愿问卷进行调查。采用 Muplus8.3 软件对护生临床归属感进行潜在剖面分析,采用方差分析比较不同临床归属感潜在剖面护生留职意愿。结果 190 名护生完成研究。护生的临床归属感得分(108.26±13.59)分,处于高水平,可以分为 3 种潜在类别,分别是低水平临床归属感组 18.42%(35/190)、中水平临床归属感组46.32%(88/190)、高水平临床归属感组 35.26%(67/190)。护生是否热爱本职业在临床归属感潜在剖面分布的比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同临床归属感潜在类别护生留职意愿总分比较,差异具有计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护生的临床归属感存在 3 种潜在类别,护生临床归属感的高低可影响其留职意愿。
Objective To identify the potent profiles of the sense of clinical belonging and analyse the relation between it and willingness to stay in nursing practice among nursing interns,hence to provide a reference for clinical nursing teaching. Methods A questionnaire-based consecutive survey was conducted among 190 nursing interns in 2 Tier-IIIA hospitals in Qingdao using a general information questionnaire,the nursing student clinical belongingness scale(Chinese Version),and nurse resignation intention questionnaire(Chinese Version). Latent profile analysis was performed with Mplus 8.3. Differences in intention-to-stay scores across profiles were tested with one-way ANOVA. Results All 190 interns completed the survey. It was found that the sense of clinical belonging among nursing interns was high,scored(108.26±13.59). Three latent profiles were identified from the study:low belongingness (35/190,18.42%),medium belongingness(88/190,46.32%)and high belongingness(67/190,35.26%). There was a statistically significant association between the self-reported passion for nursing practice latent profile membership and among the nursing interns (P<0.05). Total scores in willingness to stay differed significantly across all of three belonging profiles(P<0.05). Conclusion Three latent profiles of clinical belonging emerge among the nursing interns and the clinical belonging significantly influences the willingness to stay in nursing practice among the nursing interns.
