目的 探讨 O-PIRTAS 翻转课堂教学模式联合情景模拟培养实习护生(以下简称“护生”)急救能力的效果,为临床提供一种新的教学方法。方法 2023 年 8 月— 2024 年 3 月通过便利抽样法,选取在本市某三级甲等中医医院的 120 名护生为研究对象,根据实习院区不同分为试验组和对照组各 60 名,对照组采用传统实习带教方法,试验组实施 O-PIRTAS 翻转课堂教学模式联合情景模拟。比较教学前后两组护生急救综合能力水平、自主学习能力水平和急救理论知识、操作技能考核成绩与对教学满意度。结果 两组护生均完成研究。培训后试验组护生在急救综合能力(t=5.966,P<0.001)、自主学习能力(Z=-4.301,P<0.001)、理论知识与操作技能考核成绩(Z=-2.534,P=0.001;Z=-3.055,P=0.002)、对教学满意度(Z=-4.285,-6.845,-5.168,P<0.001)均较对照组高,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义。结论 O-PIRTAS 翻转课堂教学模式联合情景模拟提高了护生急救综合能力,同时有助于激发护生的自主学习能力,护生对此教学法满意度高。
Objective To assess the effect of O-PIRTAS flipped classroom model combined with event simulation on the training of first aid ability of nursing student in intensive care unit,thereby providing a new clinical teaching method. Methods Between August 2023 and March 2024,120 nursing interns in our hospital were assigned to a trial group and a control group,with 60 interns per group,at the two hospital sites. The control group adopted a traditional teaching method,and the O-PIRTAS flipped classroom model combined with event simulation was applied to the trial group. Comprehensive first-aid ability,autonomous learning ability,theoretical knowledge and clinical performance of first aid as well as satisfaction of students were measured and compared with between the groups.Results Both groups of nursing students have completed the trial. After training,the trial group demonstrated significantly higher scores in comprehensive first-aid ability(t=5.966,P<0.001),self-directed learning(Z=-4.301,P<0.001),theoretical knowledge(Z=-2.534, P=0.001),clinical skills(Z=-3.055,P=0.002),and satisfaction of students(Z=-4.285,-6.845,-5.168,P<0.001)than those in the control group. Conclusion The teaching method of O-PIRTAS flipped classroom model combined with event simulation improves the knowledge and skill performance in first aid,the autonomous learning ability and receives a higher satisfaction of nursing students.
