可视化SOP培训联合感控督导提升医院保洁院感质量的研究 [中文引用][英文引用]

目的 探讨可视化标准作业程序（standard operating procedure，SOP）培训联合感控督导提升医院保洁院感质量中的效果，为优化医疗机构感染防控管理体系提供依据。方法 本研究采用前 - 后对照研究，选取 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 12 月在岗的本院 580 名保洁人员为研究对象，将 2022 年 1 月至 12 月实施常规管理模式设为对照组，2023 年 1 月至 12 月实施可视化 SOP 联合感控督导模式设为试验组。比较干预前后两组保洁人员理论知识合格率、保洁工作院感质量合格率。结果 试验组保洁人员院感相关理论知识合格率高于对照组；保洁人员在清洁消毒频次、含氯消毒剂使用时效及浓度、手卫生方法及时机、手卫生与手套的关系、职业暴露处理流程及上报流程、落实个人防护措施、医疗废物规范收集、贮存、转运等 12 项指标方面，试验组的院感质量合格率高于对照组，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（均 P<0.05）。结论 可视化 SOP 培训联合感控督导有效提升医院保洁人员的感控理论知识水平和院感质量，可减少医疗机构内交叉感染的发生风险。

Objective This study aimed to investigate the effect of visual standard operating procedure（SOP）training combined with infection control supervision on improving the quality of healthcare-associated infection（HAI）prevention in hospital cleaning services，thereby providing a basis for optimizing the infection prevention and control management system in medical institutions. Methods A pre-post control study was conducted，involving 580 in-service cleaning staff from January 2022 to December 2023. The routine management mode implemented from January to December 2022 served as the control group，while the visual SOP training combined with infection control supervision mode implemented from January to December 2023 served as the intervention group. The pass rates of theoretical knowledge on infection control and the qualification rates of cleaning quality related to HAI prevention were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results The results showed that the pass rate of theoretical knowledge on HAI prevention was higher in the intervention group than that in the control group. Furthermore，the intervention group demonstrated significantly higher qualification rates in 12 indicators of HAI-related cleaning quality，including cleaning and disinfection frequency，usage timeliness and concentration of chlorine-based disinfectants，hand hygiene methods and timing，the relationship between hand hygiene and glove use，occupational exposure management and reporting procedures，implementation of personal protective measures， and standardized collection，storage，and transportation of medical waste. All differences were statistically significant（P< 0.05）. Conclusion The visual SOP training combined with infection control supervision effectively enhances the theoretical knowledge of infection control among hospital cleaning staff and improves the quality of HAI prevention，which may reduce the risk of cross-infection within medical institutions.
