目的 检索急诊科护士职业获益感来源的质性研究,并进行 Meta 整合,为急诊科护士护理管理质量提供参考依据。方法 计算机检索 PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,CINAHL,the Cochrane Library,PsycINFO,SinoMed,中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库中关于急诊科护士职业获益感来源的质性研究,检索时限为建库至 2025 年 8 月 6 日。进行文献质量评价后,采用澳大利亚 Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心 Meta 整合中的汇集性整合法进行结果整合。结果 共纳入 13 项研究,共提炼出 51 个研究结果、8 个新类别、3 个整合结果,分别是急危情境中的情感性获益、高压环境下的支持性获益、多元实践中的发展性获益。结论 急诊科护士的职业获益感来源较多,了解并重视以上来源对优化护理人力资源配置,对提升急诊科护士的工作满意度具有重要意义,进而提升护理服务质量。
Objective To retrieve the qualitative studies on sources of perceived professional benefits of the nurses in emergency department and to perform a Meta-integration for providing reference for nursing management quality . Methods A computerised desktop search was conducted for qualitative studies on perceived professional benefits of the nurses in emergency department from PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,CINAHL,the Cochrane Library,PsycINFO,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP Database from the inception to 6th of August 2025. After conducting a literature quality assessment,the results were integrated using the pooled integration method by Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI),Centre for Evidence-Based Health Care,Australia. Results Thirteen qualitative studies were included,and 51 findings were distilled,with similar findings grouped into 8 new categories and synthesised into 3 integrated findings. The integrated outcomes encompass three benefits:emotional gains in emergent events,supportive benefits in high-stress settings,and developmental gains in multi-discipline practices. Conclusion There are multiple sources of perceived professional benefits for the nurses in emergency department. Understanding and valuing the sources are crucial for optimising the allocation of nursing human resource and enhancing the job satisfaction of emergency nurses,therefore improving the quality of nursing services.
