艾滋病成为可控的慢性病，但患者仍受多种症状困扰，严重影响生活质量。症状群作为相互关联的症状集合，需要进行有效的管理。近年来，症状网络与关联规则分析被用于识别前哨、桥梁和核心症状，为症状群管理提供了新的视角。本文综述相关研究进展，以期为制订精准管理策略提供参考。

HIV has become a controllable chronic disease；however，multiple concurrent symptoms significantly impair the quality of life of patients. As a collection of interrelated symptoms，the symptom clusters require an effective management. Recently， symptom network and association rule analyses have been used to identify sentinel，bridge and core symptoms，and offer new insights for cluster management. This review summarises current evidence and provides a reference for future formulation of precise management strategies.
