护士临终伦理决策能力评估工具的研究进展 [中文引用][英文引用]

对临终患者的伦理决策是医疗护理领域最具挑战性的内容之一。客观、准确地评估护士临终伦理决策能力，是培养和运用此能力的基础。本文从临终伦理决策能力的概念内涵出发，综述国内外临终伦理决策能力评估工具，将其按照评估内容、评估对象的特异性归纳为非特异性量表和特异性量表两类，并从其开发过程、框架内容、测量方法、信度、效度、优缺点及适用范围等方面展开介绍，旨在为临床选择合适的测量工具，进一步提高我国护士的临终伦理决策能力和临终护理质量提供借鉴。

Ethical decision-making for patients at end-of-life is among the most challenging issues in health care. Objective and accurate assessment of ability of nurses in end-of-life ethical decision making is the prerequisite for cultivating and applying the competence. Beginning with the conceptual connotation of end-of-life ethical decision-making ability，this paper reviews assessment instruments developed domestically and internationally. The tools are classified into non-specific and end-of-life specific scales according to the contents and targeted populations. Each instrument is described in development process，theoretical framework， measurement methods，reliability and validity，advantages and disadvantages，and current application status. The aim of this review is to provide evidence for selection of appropriate tools in clinical practice and to offer references for improving ability of Chinese nurses in end-of-life ethical decision-making and the quality of palliative care.
