护理人员在中晚期老年痴呆患者中应用合十礼护理的体验的Meta整合 [中文引用][英文引用]

目的  系统评价护理人员在晚期老年痴呆患者中应用合十礼护理的体验的质性研究，提供跨文化视角下的比较分析，为国内合十礼护理的推广提供参考。方法  计算机检索知网，万方，维普，EMbase，PubMed，Web of Science，CINAHL 和Cochrane Library 从建库至 2025 年 2 月 25 日收录的关于护理人员在晚期老年痴呆患者中应用合十礼护理的体验的质性研究。并应用乔安娜·布里格斯研究所（Joanna Briggs Institute，JBI）提出的质性研究评估工具评价文献质量，采用汇集性整合方法进行结果整合。结果  共纳入 15 篇文献，提炼出 41 个研究结果，归纳为 12 个新类别，并综合成 4 个整合结果：护理人员在合十礼护理实践中获益较多；合十礼护理增强护理人员工作价值感；合十礼护理在实践中的结构性挑战；护理人员合十礼护理实践的支持性需求。结论  合十礼护理能丰富护理人员情感体验、增强职业认同感，需重视护理人员的体验反馈，构建多层次支持体系，优化实施流程，切实改善护理人员的职业体验。

Objective To systematically review qualitative studies on experience of nurses in Namaste care for patients with advanced Alzheimer’s disease（AD）and provide comparative analysis from a cross-cultural perspective，therefore to offer a reference for promoting Namaste care in China. Methods A systematic search was conducted across CNKI，Wanfang，VIP，EMbase，PubMed，Web of Science，CINAHL，Cochrane Library from inception to 25th February，2025，for literature on experiences of nurses in Namaste Care for patients with advanced AD. Literature quality was assessed using the JBI qualitative research assessment tool，and results were integrated using an aggregative synthesis method. Results A total of 15 papers were retrieved，yielding 41 research findings. These findings were categorised into 12 categories and synthesised into 4 integrated results：nurses significantly benefit from Namaste care practice，Namaste care enhances nurses’sense of professional value；structural challenges in the practice of Namaste care and supports required by nurses in practicing Namaste care. Conclusion Namaste care enriches emotional experiences of nurses and enhances their professional identity. Therefore，when implementing Namaste care in the future，managers should focus on paying attention to the feedbacks from nurses， provide multi-tiered support and optimise implementation processes to effectively improve the professional experiences.
