基于视、听、教融合的术前“云访视”在老年经尿道前列腺电切术患者中的应用 [中文引用][英文引用]

目的  探讨基于视、听、教融合的术前“云访视”在老年经尿道前列腺电切术患者中的应用效果，为临床提供一种新的术前访视方法。方法  采用回顾性队列研究，选取 2023 年 1 月—12 月在本院接受经尿道前列腺电切术的老年患者 164 例，按入院时间先后分为对照组（2023 年 1 月— 6 月，n=82）与研究组（2023 年 7 月— 12 月，n=82）。对照组采用传统的术前访视方法，研究组采用基于视、听、教融合的术前“云访视”方法。比较两组老年患者术前访视后手术相关知识掌握情况、患者满意度与前后焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）评分。采用多元线性回归控制混杂因素。结果  两组老年患者术前访视后手术相关知识掌握情况、满意度评分与 SAS 评分比较，均 P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义，研究组患者手术知识掌握情况、满意度评分均高于对照组，SAS 评分低于对照组。多元回归分析显示，调整混杂因素后，研究组患者访视后手术知识得分仍高于对照组。结论  基于视、听、教融合的术前“云访视”提高老年患者对经尿道前列腺电切术围术期手术知识的掌握水平及满意度，可能缓解其术前焦虑情绪。

Objective To investigate the application effect of a preoperative 'Cloud Visit' model integrated with visual,audio and education in elderly patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate,and to provide a new method for preoperative review in clinical practice. Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted. A total of 164 elderly patients who received transurethral resection of prostate in our hospital between January and December 2023 were selected and divided into a control group（n=82,admitted between January and June 2023）and a study group（n=82,admitted between July and December 2023）. The control group received traditional preoperative visit,while the study group received the preoperative‘Cloud Visit’based on the integration of visual,audio and education approach. Mastery of surgery-related knowledge after the preoperative visit,patient satisfaction and scores of the self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）were compared between the two groups. Multiple linear regression was used to control for confounding factors. Results In comparisons between the two groups of elderly patients regarding the mastery of surgery-related knowledge after the preoperative visit, the satisfaction scores and SAS scores all showed significantly statistical differences（all P<0.05）. Patients in the study group had significantly higher surgery-related knowledge mastery and satisfaction scores than those in the control group,while their SAS scores were significantly lower. Multiple regression analysis showed that after adjusting for confounding factors,the score of surgery knowledge after the preoperative visit in the study group remained significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The preoperative 'Cloud visit' model integrated with visual,audio and education improves the mastery of perioperative knowledge about transurethral resection of prostate and the satisfaction among the elderly patients,and it may alleviate their preoperative anxiety as well.
