目的 构建尿失禁护理专科护士专业能力评价指标。方法 2024 年 5 月— 12 月,通过文献研究、半结构式访谈构建尿失禁护理专科护士专业能力评价指标初稿,遴选来自 5 省市的 19 名专家开展两轮德尔菲专家函询,最终形成尿失禁护理专科护士专业能力评价指标终稿。结果 两轮专家函询问卷回收率均为 100.00%,专家权威系数为 0.981;第 1、2 轮函询的变异系数分别为 0~0.214、0~0.144,肯德尔和谐系数 W 分别 0.321、0.436。构建的尿失禁护理专科护士专业能力评价指标包括一级指标 4 项即临床护理实践能力、专业发展能力、专科管理能力、评判性思维能力,二级指标 20 项,三级指标 82 项。结论 尿失禁护理专科护士专业能力评价指标内容全面、科学,可为我国尿失禁护理领域人才培养和管理提供参考依据。
Objective To develop and validate a professional-competency evaluation index for specialist nurses engaged in urinary incontinence nursing. Methods From May to December 2024,An initial item pool was created through literature research and semi-structured interviews. Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were performed with 19 experts from 5 provincial and municipal hospitals. A final version of the index was created. Results Response rates were 100.00% for both rounds of expert consultation. The expert authority coefficient was 0.981. The coefficients of variation ranged from 0 to 0.214 in round 1 and 0 to 0.144 in round 2 with Kendall’s W values of 0.321 and 0.436,respectively. The final indicator index encompassed 4 primary indicators clinical nursing practice ability,professional development ability,profession management ability,critical thinking ability,20 secondary indicators and 82 tertiary indicators. Conclusion The index is comprehensive in content,methodologically sound and reliability. It offers a valid instrument for training and management of urinary incontinence nursing in China.
