目的 探讨情景模拟(卡片游戏)教学法在护生骨关节活动度理论知识培训中的应用效果。方法 采用便利抽样法,于 2023 年 7 月— 2025 年 4 月,选取广州市某三级甲等综合医院骨科实习的 60 名护生作为研究对象。将 2023 年 7 月至2024 年 4 月的护生设为对照组(n=30),2024 年 7 月至 2025 年 4 月的护生设为试验组(n=30)。对照组采用传统理论授课结合技能操作示范教学模式,试验组在对照组基础上采用情景模拟教学法,比较培训后两组护生骨关节活动度理论知识成绩和满意度。结果 试验组护士骨关节活动度理论知识成绩高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),试验组护生对情景教学满意度较高。结论 情景模拟教学法可提升护生对骨关节活动度理论知识的掌握水平,从而提高骨科护生的教学效果。本研究结果可为临床护生骨关节活动度教学策略优化提供参考依据。
Objective To assess the application effect of a scenario simulation teaching method with playing cards on theoretical knowledge of range of motion(ROM)for nursing students. Methods Convenience sampling was used to recruit 60 nursing students from July 2023 to April 2025. Where,30 nursing students enrolled between July 2023 and April 2024 were assigned to a control group and the 30 nursing students enrolled between July 2024 and April 2025 were assigned to a trial group. The nursing students in control group received traditional theoretical lectures combined with demonstration of skills,while those in the trial group received traditional teaching integrated with scenario simulation teaching method. The effects of teaching were evaluated and compared between the two groups in terms of mastery of ROM related theoretical knowledge,proficiency in ROM measuring techniques and training satisfaction. Results The scenario simulation teaching method with playing cards significantly improved the mastery of ROM theoretical knowledge and skills in ROM measurement(P<0.001)among the nursing students,their satisfaction with ROM related training was high. Conclusion The scenario simulation teaching method enhances the mastery of ROM theoretical knowledge of the nursing students. The findings of this study provide a reference for optimising teaching strategies of ROM in clinical nursing education.
