亲密关系个人评估量表的汉化及在乳腺癌患者中的信度与效度检验 [中文引用][英文引用]

目的  对亲密关系个人评估量表（personal assessment of intimacy in relationships，PAIR-23）进行汉化和文化调适，并在乳腺癌患者中检验其信度与效度。方法  2023 年 11 月— 2024 年 3 月，严格按照量表引入原则，基于 Brislin 翻译模型对英文版 PAIR-23 进行翻译和回译；2024 年 4 月— 5 月通过专家评议的形式和临床预调查完成文化调适；2024 年 6 月— 10 月，便利抽样法选取天津市某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院乳腺中心收治的 460 例患者进行调查，评估量表的信度与效度。结果  455例患者完成研究，其中 189 例用于探索性因子分析，266 例用于验证性因子分析。中文版 PAIR-23 量表包含 5 个维度，共计22 个条目。量表各条目的内容效度指数在 0.730~1.000 之间，总量表的内容效度指数为 0.870；探索性因子分析显示，共有 5 个主要公因子，其条目因子载荷在 0.498~0.883，累计方差贡献率达 74.434%。验证性因子分析结果表明该量表的 5 因子模型具有良好的拟合优度；其总体内部一致性（Cronbach α 系数）为 0.928，各维度的 Cronbach α 系数为 0.722~0.926。结论  中文版PAIR-23 量表具有良好的信度与效度，可为中国社会文化背景下乳腺癌患者亲密关系的评估提供可靠工具。

Objective To translate the personal assessment of intimacy in relationships（PAIR-23）scale into Chinese through cross-cultural adaptation，and to test its reliability and validity in patients with breast cancer. Methods From November 2023 to March 2024，by strictly following principles of scale introduction，an English version of PAIR-23 was translated and back-translated based on the Brislin’s translation model. Between April and May 2024，cultural adaptation was completed through expert review and a clinical pre-survey. A cross-sectional study was conducted between June and October 2024，employing stratified convenience sampling to recruit 460 patients from the Breast Center of a hospital in Tianjin. The objective was to assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of PAIR-23. Results A total of 455 patients completed the study，with 189 for exploratory factor analysis and 266 for confirmatory factor analysis. The Chinese version of PAIR-23 scale comprised 5 dimensions with a total of 22 items. The item-level content validity index ranged from 0.730 to 1.000，and the scale-level content validity index was 0.870. Exploratory factor analysis revealed five principal common factors，with item factor loadings from 0.498 to 0.883，and the cumulative variance contribution rate at 74.434%. The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the five-factor model of the Chinese version of PAIR-23 scale was good in goodness of fit. The overall internal consistency reliability（Cronbach’s coefficient）was 0.928，with Cronbach’s coefficients of each dimension from 0.722 to 0.926. Conclusion The Chinese version of PAIR-23 scale demonstrates a good reliability and validity. It provides a reliable tool for assessment of intimacy in patients with breast cancer within the Chinese socio-cultural context.
