更年期多学科综合管理门诊护士岗位胜任力要素的质性研究 [中文引用][英文引用]

目的  探讨更年期多学科综合管理门诊护士岗位胜任力要素，为更年期多学科综合管理（multiple disciplinaryteam，MDT）护理岗位胜任力培养提供依据。方法  2024 年 6 月— 8 月，采用目的抽样法，选取北京世纪坛医院更年期 MDT 门诊 10 名相关人员进行访谈，采用内容分析法对访谈资料进行编码、归类、提炼主题。结果  共提炼出 5 个主题：流程与个案管理能力、全人专科评估与诊疗协助能力、专业心理护理与深度共情能力、多学科协作与系统联动能力、多学科门诊综合应对能力。结论  更年期 MDT 门诊护士需具备以全程管理、全人评估、心理护理、多学科协作联动及综合应对的多维胜任力，对提升更年期多学科协作服务质量具有重要指导意义，可为 MDT 护理培训体系与岗位考核标准提供了实践依据。

Objective To explore the core elements of nursing competence for the multidisciplinary clinic for menopause， thereby providing a foundation for developing professional competence in multidisciplinary nursing during menopause. Methods From June 2024 to August 2024，ten relevant personnel from the multidisciplinary clinic for menopause at Beijing Shijitan Hospital were selected for individual indepth interviews. Content analysis was used to code，categorise，and extract themes from the interview data. Results Five key themes were identified: process and case management skills，holistic patient specialized assessment and diagnostic/therapeutic support skills，specialised psychological care and deep empathy skills，multidisciplinary collaboration and system coordination skills，and comprehensive response ability in multidisciplinary outpatient services. Conclusion Multidimensional competencies are required from the nurses in the multidisciplinary clinic for menopause，including comprehensive management，holistic assessment， psychological care，multidisciplinary collaboration，and comprehensive response ability in multidisciplinary outpatient services. This provides a practical basis for a great guiding significance for improving the quality of multidisciplinary collaborative care in menopause developing a localised training system for multidisciplinary menopausal nursing and performance standards.
