乳腺癌靶向药物皮下注射门诊便捷治疗中心的建设与实践 [中文引用][英文引用]

目的  探讨肿瘤专科医院乳腺癌靶向药物皮下注射门诊便捷治疗中心的建设与实践效果，为公立医院高质量发展提供新路径。方法  2025 年 3 月通过组建多学科团队，从环境布局、全流程标准化治疗路径、质量控制与管理等方面创建门诊便捷治疗中心。采用同期类试验研究，将 2025 年 12 月在日间化疗中心采用静脉给药的 184 例乳腺癌患者设为对照组，2025年 12 月在门诊便捷治疗中心采用皮下注射给药的 184 例乳腺癌患者设为观察组，比较两组患者就医满意度。结果  观察组患者满意度总分及其各维度得分均高于对照组（均 P<0.05）。结论  门诊便捷治疗中心的建设完善了日间诊疗服务体系，为患者提供了高效、便捷的创新服务模式，改善患者就医体验，提升了患者满意度。

Objective To explore the construction and practical effects of an outpatient easy care center for subcutaneous injection of targeted drugs for breast cancer in a cancer specialty hospital，and to provide a new pathway for the high-quality development of public hospitals. Methods In March 2025，a multidisciplinary team was established to create the outpatient easy care center through measures including environmental layout，a standardized whole?process treatment pathway，quality control，and management. A quasi?experimental study was conducted. A total of 184 patients receiving intravenous administration in the daytime chemotherapy center in December 2025 were enrolled as the control group，and 184 patients receiving subcutaneous administration in the easy care center in December 2025 were enrolled as the observation group. Patient satisfaction with medical services was compared between the two groups. Results The total satisfaction score and scores in all dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（all P<0.05）. Conclusion The establishment of the outpatient easy care center provides patients with an efficient and convenient innovative service model，improves the daytime diagnosis and treatment service system，enhances patient experience，and increases patient satisfaction.
